Returns
We want you to be delighted with your order, but occasionally you may need to return an item for a full refund. In the event you need to return an item please contact our Customer Care team on 01223 225555 between 8:00am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday and we will be only too happy to help.
Please note:
For unwanted items, these need to be returned to us within 14 days.
Printer cartridges must be unopened in their original packaging.
Perishable products such as food, tea, coffee etc unfortunately cannot be returned.
Next Day Delivery
In order to qualify for Next Day delivery, orders must be placed before 5pm the previous working day. Items must be in stock (please give us a call if you need to double check the stock level of a product) and for delivery to be within the Cambridge area. We do deliver to other areas, however unfortunately we cannot guarantee next day delivery in these circumstances. Furniture items are not eligible for next day delivery, and we do not make deliveries on weekends, including bank holidays.
